PPU is a pure cam structure transfer manipulator. Under the action of a servo or a stepping motor, the object can move along a predetermined trajectory.
Through program control, it can achieve any position within its stroke range, which is mainly used for automatic transmission, feeding and removal of small parts in a cramped space. These functions are achieved through the oriented vertical and horizontal movement sequence. The linear guide has no revolving clearance and has a recirculating needle roller bearing element to ensure high precision and high rigidity. The combination of servo motor and cam system forms a compact unit for a complete transfer cycle.
Main features of PPU: Single cam drive mode ensures high-speed and stable action, compact structure and easy installation; simple debugging and multiple drive modes are available; cycle time is very short, cycle time can reach 0.4sZ stroke position can be adjusted arbitrarily. High transfer accuracy reduces design costs.
PPU is divided into: translation type (PP.U-L), translation belt type (PP.U-L-EB), ultra-high speed type (PP.U-S), rotary type (PP.U-V).
